Q: Do you bring the truck to event locations?

A: We usually do not; it is reserved for events with 500+ people in attendance.

Q: How far in advance should I contact Los Gorditos?

A: We have three different answers for this, depending on what type of catering you require:

• For platters that can be picked up, please order 2 weeks prior to the event.
• For on-site cooking, please contact us 1 to 6 months in advance; we ask for more time if requiring a specific summer weekend date, as it is our busiest time of year.
• For special festival events that would require the truck, please contact us 2 months in advance.
